一、流程图

施工工艺描述

一

分格线

1、

分格缝设置、定位、分格缝的长度、宽度、深度以及横竖方向按甲方要求进行。

2、

分格缝的切割：根据分格进行切割，切割要横平竖直。分格缝切割后，用凿子剔平，并用水清洗缝内灰尘。

3、

分格缝填充与修补:待批刮好粗腻子后,分次填充分格缝腻子,要深浅均匀,每次填充补前要用砂纸打磨并用水润湿分格缝,对缺脚等进行修补,做到棱角分明。

4、

用圆弧形管拉成半弧形，待氟碳面漆喷完后，用羊毛刷着色。

二找平腻子

1、

用批刀在分割好的板块上沿水平方向满批一道腻子，用刮尺沿水平方向用力刮平，若有凹陷，则用腻子填充刮平。

2、

待其完全干后，再沿垂直方向满批腻子一道，然后用另一把刮尺沿垂直方向竖刮，若有凹陷，则用找平腻子填充刮平。

3、

若平整度仍达不到要求，重复上述步骤，直到满足平整度要求为止。

三细腻子

1、

将本品的甲乙组分拌和均匀（要求再4小时内用完），必要时加适当清水调节粘度。

2、

满批细腻子1-2遍，间隔的时间为4-6小时，每遍腻子层厚度约为1-2mm。

3、

干燥后用180#-240#砂纸打磨腻子表面。

四渗透底漆:环氧底漆N5050／C5420

1、

将环氧底漆N5050／C5420按漆：固＝4：1重量比搅拌均匀后，再加入适量的稀释剂调节施工粘度。可用刷涂、滚涂、喷涂。

2、

用喷枪吹干净细腻子表面的浮尘，开始刷涂环氧底漆N5050／C5420，先横向刷涂一遍，再竖向刷一遍。

3、

干燥24小时，无需打磨。

五光面腻子

1、

将光面腻子按比例配比混合均匀后，开始批刮。

2、

满批光面腻子一遍，厚度大约为0.5mm。必要时可批刮第二遍光面腻子，但需间隔6小时。

3、

施工光面腻子需干燥24小时之后采用400#砂纸打磨平整。

(六)氟碳专用底漆:（氟碳中间漆U5800/C5800）

1、

将氟碳中间漆U5800/C5800按漆:固＝12:1重量比搅拌均匀后，再加入适量的稀释剂调节施工粘度。静止5分钟消泡、熟化。可用刷涂、滚涂、喷涂。

2、

调整喷枪的空气流量、出油量和喷雾幅宽，用喷枪吹干净基面的浮尘后，开始喷涂作业。

3、

先横向喷涂一遍，再竖向喷涂一遍。注意喷涂图形的搭接，即去枪和回枪的运行轨迹有三分之一的部分相互重叠。这样重复1-2个过程。空压机的压力应的0.2Mpa-0.5Mpa之间。

4、

底漆需至少干燥24小时后，用400#-600#砂纸打磨完全平整光滑为止。

(七)氟碳面漆:氟碳金属漆F5801J/C5800

1、

将氟碳金属漆F5801J/C5800按漆:固=15:1面漆、固化剂、稀释剂按比例混合搅拌均匀后，静止5分钟消泡、熟化，用200目的过滤网过滤到喷枪壶内。

2、

调整喷枪的空气流量、出油量和喷雾幅宽，用喷枪吹干净基面的浮尘后，开始喷涂作业。

3、

先横向喷涂一遍，后竖向喷涂一遍。注意喷枪图形的搭接，即去枪和回枪的运行轨迹有三分之一的部分相互重叠。这样重复1-2个过程。

注意事项

1、

在易开裂的墙面，为了防止开裂，必须挂网。

2、

找平腻子用刮尺刮两遍，使平整度小于2mm。必须严格做到。

3、

腻子要注意保养和干燥时间，否则会引起水泡和开裂现象。

4、

渗透底漆的漆膜不要喷涂太厚，以免影响干燥时间。渗透底漆也可以滚涂。

5、

光面腻子不要一次批刮太厚，可以添加慢干稀释剂来调节干燥速度和粘度以便易于施工。

6、

氟碳专用底漆的漆、固比例要掌握好，否则影响干燥速度。

7、

面漆尤其金属面漆要掌握好环境温度和稀释剂的调整，应用慢干稀释剂来调整。

8、

如要罩光,一定要掌握好漆固的配比比例,否则会引起色差。

9、

要注意好氟碳漆整套体系中漆、固化剂和稀释剂的配套。

10、喷涂氟碳漆面漆时，要把架子拆掉，用吊篮喷涂作业。

11、每个工地要配发一定的慢干稀释剂（VX-03），以便调整挥发速度。

12、氟碳漆达到最佳效果需要养护7天，因为它是一个慢速交联过程。
